Role: Tele-Verification Executive
What Youll Do:
Verify customer details over calls with professionalism and care Maintain accurate records and follow-up on pending verifications Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies Uphold data security and confidentiality standards
What Were Looking For:
Excellent English communication skills (read, write & speak) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail & good typing speed A customer-first mindset with a positive attitude Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Preferred:
Experience in tele-calling / BPO / customer support Familiarity with CRM or call centre tools
Qualification- Diploma Or Graduate
Location-Ahmedabad
Salary-3.00 CTC to 4:00 LPA
