Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Officer located in Lucknow. The Tele Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, providing customer service, and facilitating sales operations. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team to drive sales through various channels such as digital platforms and brokers.

Qualifications

Customer Service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
Experience with Lead Generation and driving sales operations
Strong Communication skills for both verbal and written interactions
Knowledge of Sales Operations and Channel Sales strategies
Relevant previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in using digital sales tools and platforms
