Tele Sales

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (On-site)

Introduction
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, has a persuasive personality, and wants to grow in the field of sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads
• Clearly explain and promote the company’s products or services
• Follow up with leads to close sales and meet targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or outbound calling
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Fluency in regional languages such as Marathi or Gujarati
• Experience in B2B or product-based telesales

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM
• Sunday is a fixed weekly off
