Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra (On-site) Job Type : Full-time Salary Range : ₹18000 to ₹30000 per month plus incentives Benefits : Health insurance, Paid time off, Performance bonus Introduction We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, has a persuasive personality, and wants to grow in the field of sales. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads Clearly explain and promote the company’s products or services Follow up with leads to close sales and meet targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance goals Required Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or outbound calling Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM software High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field Fluency in regional languages such as Marathi or Gujarati Experience in B2B or product-based telesales Key Qualities We Value Strong communication and persuasion skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and in a team Work Schedule Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM Sunday is a fixed weekly off Why Work With Us We value potential just as much as experience.
