Tele-Sales Executive(Finance Sector)

Location

: Pan India (Candidates must be open to relocation anywhere in India)

Gender:

Hindi and English (both required)
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Tele-Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in financial tele-calling operations, preferably in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Loans, or Investment Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain financial products or services. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Collaborate with the team to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer service in finance-related sectors (banking, insurance, NBFCs, etc.). Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented attitude. Basic computer proficiency (CRM and MS Office tools). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Ready to relocate or travel within India as per company requirements.

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or investment advisory will be given preference. Experience in other sectors may also be considered if relevant to tele-sales operations. Freshers are not eligible for this position.
Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital channels.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
