Making Outbound and Inbound Calls: Initiating calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases.

* Explaining Features and Benefits: Describing the features, advantages, and benefits of products or services to potential customers.
* Handling Objections: Addressing any concerns or objections that potential customers may have.
* Recording Sales and Call Information: Entering and updating customer information and sales activities into a computer system or database.
