Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads for the sales team.
Maintain a database of customer details, feedback, and call records.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or offers.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer information.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain performance.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience:
1- 2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Experience in
retail, jewellery, banking, or service industry
preferred.
