Job Description

Generate leads and sell:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and use sales pitches to persuade them to purchase products or services.
Achieve sales targets:
Meet or exceed monthly, weekly, and daily sales goals.
Maintain customer relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and handle any issues or complaints.
Handle inquiries:
Respond to inbound calls from interested customers, answer questions, and provide information about products and promotions.
Manage customer data:
Keep accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer information in a CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team:
Work with colleagues to develop sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Customer service:
A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and handling objections professionally.
Sales:
Experience in sales, the ability to follow sales scripts, and a proactive approach to closing deals.
