Responsibilities Telesales Executive

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain available stay options, prices, and amenities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties or packages.
Convert incoming/outbound leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication.
Follow up with warm leads to ensure closure within timelines.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and bookings in CRM or trackers.
Coordinate with the operations/property team to check availability and confirm bookings.
Handle customer queries related to location, check-in details, facilities, and booking policies.
Upsell premium stay options, add-ons, and offers to increase revenue.
Ensure excellent customer experience during all interactions.
