Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past interactions to convert into sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Build rapport with clients and ensure excellent customer experience.

🔹 Requirements

0.5–4 years of experience in Tele-Sales/Inside Sales/Customer Service
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Laptop/desktop with stable internet connection is mandatory.
