Tele-Sales Executive

You are looking for a Tele-Sales representative to join the Tele-marketing department based in East, Pune Yerwada. With a minimum of 1 year of calling experience in a customer-service role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining the features of real estate projects, and converting leads into site visits or customers. Your excellent communication skills and passion for real estate and customer engagement will be key in this role. Your key responsibilities will include following daily operational requirements, maintaining a professional tone during customer interactions, and meeting daily call targets. It is essential to be well-informed about Pune's localities and routes, particularly in East Pune. Additionally, you will need to work in shifts as per business needs, including weekends and extended hours when necessary. To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a voice process (Tele-calling Domestic/International), be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and any additional regional language proficiency would be a plus.
