Key Responsibilities:

Make
outbound calls
to potential customers and generate quality leads.
Effectively
pitch products/services
to prospective clients.
Follow up
with leads and promptly respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of
calls, leads, and sales
in CRM tools.
Consistently
achieve and exceed
weekly/monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with team members to enhance
processes and customer experience
.

Requirements:

MBA in Marketing/Sales
preferred OR any graduate with
2+ years of sales/tele-sales experience
.
Freshers
with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Strong
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Fluency in English
(spoken) is mandatory.
Target-oriented mindset
with a positive attitude and passion for sales.
Basic computer knowledge (
