Job Description

Tele-sales Executive
Location: Ernakulam
Salary: ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives(up to 10000)
Qualification: Any Degree
Languages: Proficiency in English and Malayalam
Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred / Freshers with excellent fluency
Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services
Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and sales
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
High level of motivation and a result-oriented approach
Previous telesales or customer service experience is an advantage
