Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding insurance policies, coverage options, claims, and billing inquiries
Provide clear and accurate information to help clients understand their insurance plans and options
Assist customers in filing claims, updating policies, and resolving any issues related to their insurance coverage
Document all customer interactions, feedback, and case resolutions in the CRM system to maintain service quality
Collaborate with internal departments such as underwriting, claims, and sales to resolve complex customer issues
Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed and maintain high customer satisfaction
Educate customers on new products, policy changes, and promotional offers to support retention and sales efforts
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on insurance products, compliance requirements, and customer service best practices
