Tele Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads generated through IndiaMART and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), converting them into potential clients, and driving sales growth in the candle niche industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to build lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART and Meta Ads campaigns and convert them into active sales opportunities.
• Contact prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to explain product offerings, pricing, and benefits.
• Understand customer requirements, suggest suitable candle products, and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain an updated database of client interactions, inquiries, and sales conversions in CRM/lead management tools.
• Follow up with leads consistently to nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and market approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer handling, preferably in B2B/B2C industries.
• Familiarity with IndiaMART platform and Meta Ads leads handling is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Excel, and WhatsApp Business for client engagement.
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG, candles, handicrafts, or related sectors preferred).

Pay: ₹9,240.50 - ₹28,337.59 per month
