We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads generated through IndiaMART and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) , converting them into potential clients, and driving sales growth in the candle niche industry . This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to build lasting business relationships. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART and Meta Ads campaigns and convert them into active sales opportunities. Contact prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to explain product offerings, pricing, and benefits. Understand customer requirements, suggest suitable candle products, and provide tailored solutions. Maintain an updated database of client interactions, inquiries, and sales conversions in CRM/lead management tools. Follow up with leads consistently to nurture long-term customer relationships. Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and market approach. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer handling , preferably in B2B/B2C industries. Familiarity with IndiaMART platform and Meta Ads leads handling is a strong advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus). Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously. Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Excel, and WhatsApp Business for client engagement. Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG, candles, handicrafts, or related sectors preferred).
