Position Overview

Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound telecalling to potential customers to promote our credit card products.
Utilize convincing power to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings and convert leads into sales.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

0 to 2 years of experience in tele sales or a related field.
Strong convincing power and excellent verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with credit card products and services is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
