Job Description

Role & responsibilities About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our personal loan products , and driving sales through effective communication and follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell personal loan products Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product offerings Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of applications Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline 13 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in financial products or personal loans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing ability and target orientation Good understanding of financial products and sales processes Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Please note: Age should be within 30 Years.
