Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and process-driven Sales Associate, This role will be responsible for counselling the prospect and convince them for the demo to closing. The preferred candidate needs to have a strong background in Edtech sales operations but not mandatory, CRM management, however any sales experience will be considered. Client Engagement: Reach out to and follow up with prospective customers, through calls, invite them for office visits and push them for demo. Lead Management: Convert leads from marketing campaigns and referrals into qualified sales opportunities. Negotiation & Closing: Assist clients with negotiations, address queries, and close deals while ensuring all company procedures are followed. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current sales trends, and competitive developments. CRM Updates: Maintain accurate and timely data on client interactions, lead status, and deal progression in the CRM system Requirements: Bachelors degree 13 years of experience in any sales, client-facing role Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills, (English, Kannada & Hindi) Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools What We Offer: Competitive base salary + attractive commissions and incentives Ongoing training and development Opportunities for career growth in a fast-growing company Supportive team environment and access to the latest sales tools and tech
