Key Responsibilities

Make
80–100 calls per day
to potential donors using provided leads.
Engage, inspire, and persuade
individuals to contribute to the cause through recurring donations.
Clearly communicate the vision, mission, and impact of the organisation.
Maintain detailed records of donor conversations and outcomes using CRM tools.
Achieve
monthly fundraising targets
and contribute to team goals.
Build long-term relationships with donors for sustained giving.
Handle objections professionally and follow up with interested leads.

Requirements

Minimum
2–3 years of telesales experience
, preferably in fundraising, insurance, banking, or BPO.
Strong
communication and persuasion skills
in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Passionate about social causes and making a positive impact.
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with telecalling software/CRM tools.
