We're seeking enthusiastic, motivated tele-callers to join our team. This is a non-sales role, focused on communication and customer service. No pressure of meeting targets—just honest conversations and helping our clients stay informed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients - 80-120calls
• Result oriented work - ability to achieve the project responsibility
• Complete project responsibilities - acquisition to delivery
• Share information about our products/services and events
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism
• Maintain updated customer records
• Deliver high-quality customer service and build rapport

Requirements:

• Freshers welcome
• Apply only if you can work from 9am - 6pm
• Ability to get the right target audience to register for conferences & ensuring they attend - acquisition - delivery
• Good communication skills in English. Additional language Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in a team
