Job Description

A tele-recruiter's job involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, and managing the early stages of the hiring process remotely. Key responsibilities include using phone and other communication methods to screen applicants, maintaining candidate databases, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with HR teams to meet staffing needs. Core responsibilities

Sourcing candidates: Find potential job candidates through online job portals, social media, and other networking methods.
Screening and interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, and experience against job requirements.
Database management: Maintain and update candidate databases with recruitment records and progress.
Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process.
Collaboration: Work with the HR team to develop recruitment strategies and complete administrative tasks.
Support: Assist with other HR initiatives like onboarding and candidate follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
