Tele Mobilizer

As a Tele-caller for the CSR initiative, your role involves conducting outbound calls to prospective students and their families within economically weaker sections to inform them about the program. You will use effective questioning and listening skills to identify and qualify potential candidates for enrollment. Following up with interested candidates to provide necessary information for informed decisions is also a key responsibility. Collaborating with program coordinators and team members to ensure messaging alignment and outreach strategies is essential. Additionally, maintaining a detailed database of contacts and accurately tracking interactions is part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to inform prospective students about the CSR initiative - Identify and qualify potential candidates through effective questioning and listening - Follow up with interested candidates to provide necessary information for enrollment decisions - Collaborate with program coordinators and team members for messaging alignment - Maintain a detailed database of contacts and track interactions accurately Key Deliverables: - Meet and exceed monthly targets for calls made and students enrolled - Achieve targeted conversion rate from leads to enrolled students - Maintain an updated and organized database of contacts and interactions - Compile feedback reports for program improvement - Track and report engagement metrics for outreach strategy effectiveness Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and one year experience in tele-calling, sales, or community outreach preferred - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil; additional languages preferred - Ability to convey information clearly and empathetically - Strong interpersonal skills and passion for community service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using MS Office applications **Please note that the job type is Full-time, Permanent** Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Language Preference: - Telugu Work Location: - In person,
