Tele Mobilizer

As a Tele-caller for the CSR initiative focusing on outreach to economically weaker sections, your primary responsibility is to conduct outbound calls to prospective students and their families. Through effective questioning and listening skills, you will identify and qualify potential candidates for enrollment, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions. Collaborating closely with program coordinators and team members, you will maintain alignment on messaging and outreach strategies. Your key deliverables include meeting and exceeding monthly targets for calls made and students enrolled, achieving a targeted conversion rate, maintaining an organized database of contacts and interactions, compiling feedback reports for program improvement, and tracking engagement metrics for outreach effectiveness. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in tele-calling, sales, or community outreach. Proficiency in English and Tamil is essential, with additional languages being highly preferred. Strong verbal communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and a passion for community service are crucial. You must be capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with proficiency in MS Office applications. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in Telugu is preferred for this in-person role.,
