As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound calls, lead generation, and customer relationship building. Your primary focus will be on promoting our products/services and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and customers

- Introduce and promote the company's products/services

- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made and leads generated

- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

- Follow up with prospects and clients as required

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English and/or local languages

- Positive Attitude: Willingness to learn and work under pressure

- Basic Computer Knowledge: MS Office, email, etc.

- Good Listening and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions

- Team Player: Ability to work individually and as part of a team

- Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate
