Tele Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing Institute. The role involves contacting prospective students, providing detailed information about our digital marketing courses, generating leads, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities in digital marketing.
• Follow up on inquiries received via phone, email, and social media.
• Counsel and guide students regarding admission procedures and program selection.
• Generate and qualify leads, maintain a student database, and achieve enrollment targets.
• Handle queries from students/parents professionally and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team to maximize conversions.
• Provide accurate information about training modules, schedules, and certifications.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and events to attract potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, counseling, or customer service (education sector preferred).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and regional language.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand student needs.
• Goal-driven and capable of working under pressure to meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software for record-keeping.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
