Telemarketing Executive – Non IT Company (Chennai)

About the Role

We are hiring Telemarketing Executives for our company located in Chennai. The role involves contacting potential customers over phone calls, introducing our IT products/services, and generating leads for the sales team.

This is not target-based role, suitable for candidates with excellent communication skills and prior telemarketing experience (freshers).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote Our products/services.
• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales/marketing team.
• Explain product features clearly and handle customer queries.
• Maintain call records and report daily activities to the manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 0–6 month of experience in telemarketing/inside sales.
• Strong communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi not mandatory).
• Confidence to pitch products/services over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
