Role Description

This is a full-time on-site or remote role for a Tele Marketing Executive, located in Kolkata or outside kolkata. The Tele Marketing Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over phone calls, explaining our services, generating leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Additional duties include maintaining the customer database, following up with leads, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Telemarketing, Lead Generation, and Customer Engagement
• Proficiency in handling CRM software and maintaining customer records
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of ERP solutions, particularly Odoo, is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in Indiamart , TradeIndia , Justdial will be preferred.
