We are looking for an energetic and organized Telemarketing & Office Admin professional to join our growing team in Kochi and support client coordination, business communication, and daily office operations.

Role Overview

The Telemarketing & Office Admin will handle client communication, lead generation, and office coordination. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to handling day-to-day business and administrative tasks.

Key ResponsibilitiesTelemarketing / Client Coordination

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce KeTalk’s services and schedule appointments.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Support marketing campaigns through phone and email outreach.
  • Handle client queries and route information to the right departments.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM or call log system.

Office Administration

  • Coordinate daily office operations and support the management team.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, petty cash, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and client documents.
  • Support event or meeting arrangements when required.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malayalam (Hindi preferred).
  • Confident telephone manner and client-handling skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace).
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, admin, or customer service preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.

  • Minimum: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: 0–2 years
