Tele Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focusedTelecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our premium automobile service center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, booking service appointments, following up on leads, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience aligned with our premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers regarding service reminders, offers, and follow-ups.
• Attend inbound calls and provide accurate information about services, pricing, and appointments.
• Schedule and confirm service bookings efficiently in coordination with the service advisors.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Support marketing and customer relationship activities through phone communication.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and booking targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Report daily call activity and feedback to the supervisor or CRM manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a telecaller or customer care executive, preferably in the automobile or premium service industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage).
• Pleasant voice, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or service management software.
• Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under targets and pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
