Attend inbound calls and provide accurate information about services, pricing, and appointments. Schedule and confirm service bookings efficiently in coordination with the service advisors. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions. Support marketing and customer relationship activities through phone communication. Achieve daily/weekly call and booking targets. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
