We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Tele Executive to join our Ahmedabad office. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to potential clients, generating quality leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM or Excel.
• Follow up with leads to improve conversion rates.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and calls.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer service preferred.
• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email).
