Job role: We're looking for a telecounselor who is responsible for providing remote counseling and assistance to individuals seeking visas or immigration services. This also includes client interaction and coordination through inbound-outbound calls, emails, chats, WhatsApp, and other online platforms to guide them through the visa or immigration process and do the sale conversions.

Job details:

• Job position: Tele-counselor
• Qualification: +2, Diploma, Graduation, Post graduation
• Freshers or experienced
• Job Location: Phase 5, Mohali, Punjab
• Salary Package: 16-25k + Incentives
• Indian shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, full-time job, Work from Office
• First 3 months cash salary, After the completion of probation (3 months), you will receive the salary in your bank account from the company's current account.
• Male candidates who wear Turban will be given first preference.

Required skills:

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of international immigration and visa processes.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over calls.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on lead conversion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective clients.
• Provide accurate information about visa categories (study, work, visitor, PR, etc.) and immigration services.
• Conduct preliminary eligibility assessments based on client profiles.
• Explain documentation requirements, timelines, and processes in a clear and professional manner.
• Address client queries, concerns, and objections with confidence and clarity.
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure smooth progression of the application process.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and conversions in the system.
• Coordinate with in-office counselors or processing teams for application submissions and updates.
