A Tele Counselor typically provides support, guidance, and advice to individuals over the phone or through other digital communication channels. In a role where you're ready to travel and participate in marketing activities, the job might involve a combination of counseling and business development responsibilities. Here’s an outline of what the role could entail:

Key Responsibilities:

• Tele-Counseling:
• Providing advice and guidance to clients or customers via phone or online platforms.
• Assisting individuals with resolving issues or concerns, offering support in areas like mental health, career counseling, academic guidance, or specific product-related inquiries.
• Conducting follow-up calls to track progress, answer questions, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Marketing Activities:
• Traveling to different locations to promote services or products, whether it's through organizing events, conducting presentations, or participating in trade shows and conferences.
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns or strategies to raise awareness about services or programs.
• Engaging in outreach efforts, such as calling potential leads, sending promotional materials, and connecting with new clients.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Building rapport with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Handling inquiries and providing accurate information about the services or products.
• Following up with leads and turning them into long-term clients or customers.
• Travel & On-Site Marketing:
• Traveling to different regions or cities for on-ground marketing, customer meetings, or promotional events.
• Promoting services or products in different markets and working with local teams or partners.
• Collecting feedback and data during travel to enhance marketing strategies.

Skills Required:

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication for counseling, presenting, and marketing.
• Customer Service: Empathy and the ability to understand clients’ needs and resolve concerns effectively.
• Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing strategies and ability to pitch or promote services/products.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments and customer demands.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, including counseling and marketing duties, effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
