Job Title: Tele Counsellor

Location: Saket, New Delhi
Experience: 6 month – 3 Years
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Tele Counsellor to join our team. The role involves interacting with prospective clients/students over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information, and guiding them towards appropriate solutions/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and handle inbound inquiries.
Counsel prospective clients/students regarding courses, services, or programs offered.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant information to help in decision-making.
Maintain a strong follow-up process to ensure conversions.
Update and manage leads in CRM/records on a daily basis.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to counsel, persuade, and handle objections effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling).
Target-oriented with good convincing ability.
Prior experience in telecalling/telecounselling/inside sales (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
