Job Brief
As a Telecounselor, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students via phone to provide information, guidance, and support regarding the organizations programs, services, or offerings The role is target-driven, with a daily requirement of making 100 calls to generate interest, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into admission Responsibilities Minimum 100calls/day Provide detailed information about courses to students Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and maintain regular contact to build relationship Skills Required Fluency in bengali &hindi,plus English (if applicable to the job region) Follow up skills Minimum quallification is 12thpass
