Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing queries and maintaining relationships. Prepare reports on center performance, sales targets, and staff productivity. Maintain inventory and ensure proper functioning of facilities. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
