Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales/lead targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, and prior telecalling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
  • Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM records.
  • Promote products/services and explain features and benefits to customers.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven telecalling/telemarketing/customer service experience.
  • Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills (English, Hindi, or regional languages).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
