Tele Counselor

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate counselor to join our educational department. The responsibilities of the student counselor include Telephonic and Face-to-face counselling of prospective students as per their interest and need.

To be a successful student counselor, you should treat all inquiries with patience and compassion. You should be focused and target-oriented.

Student Counselor Responsibilities:

• Providing guidance and support to students in academic and career planning
• Developing and implementing counseling strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to engage and persuade customers.
• A strong focus on customer needs and providing excellent service.
• A deep understanding of the services provided.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up, and close sales effectively.

Student Counselor Requirements:

• Graduation or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years professional counseling experience, preferably in an educational field.
• Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices as applied to students' problems and developmental needs.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
