Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads, prospects, or students and explain available services/courses.
  • Handle inbound queries with patience, professionalism, and accuracy.
  • Counsel students/customers over the phone regarding courses, admissions, or services.
  • Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate information.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to ensure timely conversions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
  • Build a good rapport with customers to ensure trust and satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about fee structure, eligibility, benefits, and processes.
  • Coordinate with the admissions/sales team for smooth student onboarding or client servicing.
  • Handle grievances or escalate issues to the relevant department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
