Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-counsellor based in Jaipur. As part of the role, you will interact with students and parents via phone to provide counsel and guidance about academic and career options. Your responsibilities include addressing inquiries, clarifying doubts, recommending suitable academic paths, and building a positive rapport. You will assist with the enrollment process and provide consistent follow-up support to guide students effectively on their educational journey.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Ability to provide effective guidance, counseling, and tailored solutions
• Organizational and multitasking capabilities for managing multiple student profiles seamlessly
• Proficiency in managing calls and maintaining professional client interactions
• Familiarity with education systems and processes is an advantage
• Empathy and a genuine interest in student development
• Prior experience in counseling or a related field is preferable.
