Tele counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, career options, admission procedures, and eligibility.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries for admissions.
• Follow up with potential students via phone calls, emails, and messages to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
• Maintain records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/system.
• Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional events.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
• Meet individual and team admission targets within deadlines.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.

• Strong convincing and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable attitude.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and online communication tools.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as per location preference).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Management/Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Experience in the education sector or EdTech will be an added advantage.
