Job Title: Telecaller / Team Leader / Manager – Collection Department Company Name: ERG ENTERPRISES Location: Netaji Subhas Place, Delhi Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office Job Overview: We are looking for experienced Telecallers, Team Leaders, and Managers to join our Collection Department. The role involves connecting with customers who have pending loan or EMI payments, reminding them of due dates, and assisting them in completing their payments on time. You will play a key role in achieving collection targets and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs or pending loan payments. Politely remind customers about their dues and guide them through the payment process. Maintain accurate call logs and update payment status in the CRM or collection app. Negotiate and follow up on payment commitments until closure. Handle customer objections and resolve basic payment-related queries. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Report performance updates to the Team Leader or Manager regularly. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass; Graduates preferred. Experience: Only experienced callers required (telecalling / recovery / collections). Skills Required: Good communication in Hindi, English, and local language. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry, CRM apps). Confidence, patience, and target-driven attitude. Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
