You are the perfect candidate for the position of Team Leader for the Tele calling department at Vision India Insurance in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. As a motivated leader with exceptional communication skills, you will lead a team of tele calling executives to engage with potential customers through outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and training to team members, monitoring and evaluating team performance, and coaching them to handle incoming calls with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of tele calling executives to engage with potential customers through outbound calls. - Provide guidance and training on effective communication and product knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure targets for outbound calls and lead generation are met. - Coach team members to handle incoming calls from existing customers with professionalism. - Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. - Maintain strong customer relationships by overseeing the team's efforts in providing excellent customer service. - Schedule and coordinate appointments with potential clients to optimize team productivity. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. - Act as a liaison between the tele calling team and management, providing regular updates on team performance and challenges. Qualifications Required: - Minimum one year of experience in a similar role. - Proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets in a dynamic, results-driven environment. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Fluency in Tamil preferred.
