Responsibilities:

Lead a team of tele calling executives to engage with potential customers through outbound calls.

Provide guidance and training to team members on effective communication and product knowledge.

Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure targets for outbound calls and lead generation are met.

Coach team members to handle incoming calls from existing customers with professionalism and address inquiries promptly.

Proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Maintain strong customer relationships by overseeing the team's efforts in providing excellent customer service.

Schedule and coordinate appointments with potential clients, optimizing team productivity and efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.

Act as a liaison between the tele calling team and management, providing regular updates on team performance and challenges.
