JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining our services, generating leads, and supporting the sales process. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Explain company services clearly and confidently

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable information

• Generate leads and maintain accurate call logs

• Follow up with potential customers to close sales

• Meet daily call targets and monthly sales goals

• Update customer interactions in CRM or lead sheets

Skills Required

• Proficiency in English and Malayalam

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets)

• Ability to handle objections professionally

• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

Eligibility

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of telecalling/sales experience

• Any educational background accepted

• Candidates with strong communication and customer-handling skills preferred
