Tele Calling Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Telecalling Sales Executives to join our Lead Generation Sales Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, an interest in the stock market or financial sector, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

This role involves interacting with potential clients, generating qualified leads, and assisting them with investment-related services.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable for strong candidates)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through telephonic calls, emails, and networking.
• Understand clients’ needs and offer suitable financial services.
• Maintain a strong understanding of stock, commodity, and forex markets.
• Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
• Keep up with market trends and competitor analysis.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers welcome)
• Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply
• Languages Preferred: English, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada
• Qualification: Any graduate or equivalent
• Priority: Immediate Joiners

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Stock Market / Commodity / Forex Market.
• Target-oriented and motivated by sales performance.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Training

Necessary sales and product training will be provided to all selected candidates to help them perform efficiently.
