Job Description

As a Tele Calling Executive, you will play a crucial role in our organization by reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone. You will be responsible for representing the company in a professional manner, promoting our products or services, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Promote products or services to generate sales leads Understand customer needs and handle inquiries or complaints Update customer information and call logs in the database Meet call quotas and sales targets Follow communication scripts and company policies Resolve customer objections and provide accurate information Collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals Manage and update customer databases Provide feedback and input on call processes and strategies Adhere to compliance and quality standards Maintain professionalism and positive attitude Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned Ensure customer satisfaction and retention Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends Job Locations:- Durgapur, Bankura (West-Bengal ).
