Position Overview:

The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for interacting with customers over phone calls, promoting the company’s products or services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role involves building rapport with potential and existing clients, resolving their inquiries, and contributing to the company’s sales or lead generation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Explain products/services, pricing, and answer customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or suggestions.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and feedback in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in telecalling is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
