Role Description

This is a contract role for a Tele Calling Executive located on-site in Chennai. The Tele Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the bank's financial products and services, and generating leads. The role also includes maintaining customer records, following up on inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. Effective communication and persuasion skills are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively explain and promote financial products and services
Experience with CRM software and maintaining customer records
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Prior experience in telecalling or telemarketing is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
